I released the Sega Plus Jiikae: Remix Collection this week. A project where I reimagined songs from some of my favorite game soundtracks of Sega IP.
This project really gave me an opportunity to explore different genres that I’m interested in and to exercise my range. Also, while the songs may sound different, I wanted them to still sound like they’d fit in each game’s original OST.
I've released my second EP finally. Been working on this for about 4 months and I'm happy with how it turned out.
The goal for this project was to create songs that have more phases and movements. I also wanted to be more diverse in terms of genre. So it came out as a melting pot of jazz, breakbeat, drum and bass and ambient. I enjoyed making it and it's available now on Bandcamp and all other streaming services!
The pink to blue gradient Game Boy shells have been highly requested. So I have more in stock now. Shop here.
R&D for custom Nintendo Switch work will also be coming to a close. Demand has slowed down for custom Switch designs as we get closer to the potential release of a new Nintendo console. So I am saving my bandwidth for when that time comes. Old designs will continue being sold as usual.
